Responsibilities

以下の業務に関するリーディングおよび管理（1）低炭素技術に関する技術課題の調査および課題設定（2）課題解決のためのプロセス提案、エネルギー収支・コスト算定、研究開発方針とIP戦略の策定（3）研究課題に関する連携パートナーの探索（4）研究開発活動の推進、社内外関係者との協業推進（5）実験室・分析室の運営管理・改善活動・安全衛生環境活動（6）社内プロジェクトへの専門知識の提供による技術支援

Requirements

【必須条件】

• 化学工学に関する知見を有すること
• 化学・重工メーカー、もしくは大学やエネルギー業界での技術開発・研究開発業務経験を有すること
• 化学や化学工学に関する開発チームもしくは社外とのプロジェクトをリードした経験、マネジメントした経験が２年以上※下記に補足情報あり

【歓迎条件】

• 化学プロセスに関する研究開発の経験

【マネジメントについて】

• プロジェクトリーダーもしくは研究テーマリーダー（国プロもしくは社外を巻き込んだもの）の経験が２年程度以上あること
