Responsibilities

• 株主総会関連業務（議事運営、総会関連書類の作成、議決権行使促進活動など）
• 個人株主・投資家に向けた情報発信（個人投資家向けWebページ、個人投資家向け説明会など）
• 個人株主・投資家からの問い合わせ対応
• 登記、株式関連業務全般（配当金支払い手続きなど）

Requirements

必須条件:上場会社における以下の経験

• 株主総会関連業務
• 株式関連業務
• 個人株主・投資家に向けた情報発信
• 個人株主・投資家からの問い合わせ対応

歓迎条件:

• TOEIC:650点

※ニューヨーク証券取引所に上場し海外投資家比率も高いことから、対外資料において英文も作成する場合があります。（但し、他者によるチェックも受けられます）
