Responsibilities

国内外の社内システム管理において、システム管理者として企画から運用管理をリードいただきます。【業務詳細】部門のリーダーとして、実務に加えて上位職の実質的な補佐、チームメンバーの統率、後進の育成、グループ目標に基づいた戦略策定などにも携わっていただきます。◇Microsoft Copilotなどの生成AIの活用と展開を進め、業務の効率化に資する施策を企画・遂行する。◇国内外のMicrosoft系の社内システム管理において、システム管理者として企画から運用管理をリードする。◇Microsoft環境を中心としたシステム企画・管理の具体的なカバー範囲は以下の通りです：

• Microsoft365とMicrosoft Copilotの活用・展開推進
• Local ADの管理運用、AzureADの連携運用(グローバル)
• Microsoft365系のトラブルシュート(社内エスカレーション最終ポイント、国内サポートベンダーへの問合せなど)
• 各種社内アプリケーションのSSO(シングルサインオン)対応
• Powershellでの簡単なスクリプト作成・実行とコマンドライン操作
• オンプレサーバキッティング(WSUSなど)
• NGAV(次世代アンチウィルス)・EDRツールの運用・管理
• システム管理・運用の高度化・効率化について、調査・企画・提案・計画策定・実行リードを行う。

※将来のキャリアとして、本人の希望次第で、米国・欧州拠点への海外赴任などにより、グローバルにIT面の先端的な運用・管理の舞台でキャリアを積むことも可能です。

Requirements

必須条件:下記業務での5年程度のご経験をお持ちの方

• Microsoft Office365、AD・AzureADの管理・運用経験
• Powershellの活用経験
• SSOへの理解
• NGAV（次世代アンチウィルス）＋EDRツールの理解
• デバイス管理ツールの利用経験
• メール送信の仕組み（SMTP）とDMARCの理解

歓迎条件:

• 英語でのテクニカルミーティング可能レベル(海外スタッフとの会議など)をお持ちの方
• 各高度情報処理技術者、応用情報技術者資格をお持ちの方
