Responsibilities

◇メインロールとしてお任せしたいこと・海外子会社管理└グループ会社管理に係る規程体系のデザイン・運用└現地のコーポレートガバナンス強化に関する助言・サポート└コンプライアンス意識向上目的の研修等の企画・実行※必要に応じ、現地専門家、現地担当者と英語（または中国語）で直接やり取りすることになります。
◇可能であればサポートして欲しいこと・会社立ち上げ経験・M&A経験・その他、状況に応じ対応が必要な業務

Requirements

必須条件:（下記すべて）

• コーポレートガバナンス・内部統制関連の実務経験
• 言語：中国語（普通語）（ビジネスレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル）

歓迎条件:（下記いずれか）

• 会社立ち上げ経験
• M&A経験
• その他、状況に応じ対応が必要な業務
