Responsibilities

予算編成、計画、分析活動などの計数管理および事業管理業務を担い、グローバルに活躍頂ける方を募集致します。具体的には、下記業務内容を遂行いただきます。【具体的な業務内容】

• アイケア事業全体の事業管理のサポート。
• 各販売子会社のDX化の推進やデータ分析サポート
• 上記業務内容において発生する国内外販社・機能とのコミュニケーションや協働
• 事業遂行にあたる各種分析、レポート作成
• 海外マーケット調査・国内外競合企業調査/分析・レポート作成
• その他特命事項に関する調査活動、計数分析、レポーティング

海外含むアイケア事業の推進にあたる各種分析やDX化活動の主務として活躍いただきます

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業管理および計数業務経験（５年以上の経験）
• 事業のP/L、単独・連結に関する知識・理解、および、業務・作業経験
• BIツール等の活用経験
• Microsoft365の基本作業（ピボットやvlookup等を使用できるレベル）

歓迎条件:

• 海外とのやり取りが行える英語力(TOEIC L&R 600点以上が望ましい)
