Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 会社戦略計画の策定
  • 戦略イニシアチブの策定・ターゲット設定・アクションプラン策定
  • 会社戦略に沿ったプロジェクト投資アロケーションの策定
  • グループへの報告資料策定・報告
  • 会社戦略の会社全体への周知
• 会社戦略計画の実行状況の管理・報告
  • 各ビジネスユニットと連携し、戦略アクションの実行状況（マイルストーン・KPI）をモニタリング
  • 戦略イニシアチブの問題点・リスクの管理・解決
  • 経営会議の運営
• マーケット（競合環境）調査・レポートの作成
  • マーケット環境の調査、報告資料作成・ExComへの報告（半期毎）
• 子会社管理
  • 子会社戦略策定の管理
  • グループシナジーイニシアチブの策定・管理・実行支援
• 新規事業機会の創出
  • 戦略的パートナーシップの構築
  • M&A業務のサポート

Requirements

必須要件：

• PPT／Excel基礎能力
• ファイナンス知識
• 英語力（少なくとも英語力向上の努力を惜しまない方）
• 新しいイニシアティブへの取組・議論意欲、変革をプロポーズするスキル

歓迎要件：

• エグゼクティブ（CxO level）との仕事経験
• マーケティング、データ分析、プレゼンテーションスキル
• 金融・保険ファイナンス知識
• 企画部門での業務経験、ビジネスパートナーとの協業経験
• 英語力（スピーキング：ビジネスレベル以上）
