採用戦略を立案し共に実行していきます。採用実務からスタートし、並行して同社の採用認知を高めるべく、採用広報へのチャレンジへと幅を広げてご活躍いただきます。

• 母集団形成の企画・実行
• 採用要件定義
• 採用フロー管理
• 選考プロセスの実施

Requirements

必須要件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちで、以下いずれかのご経験
  • 企業における中途採用の経験
  • RPOで母集団形成及び面接選考の経験
  • 両面型エージェントでの経験

5 - 7.5 million yen
