Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with global IT teams and local business stakeholders to analyze, optimize, and enhance business process through IT solutions. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business operations and technical systems, ensuring seamless integration of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and other business applications to drive efficiency and transformation.
Main responsibilities:

• Conduct deep analysis of business operations to identify improvement opportunities and propose IT-driven solutions to address operational challenges.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to implement end-to-end process changes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to project execution, and drive adoption of digital tools and technologies.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and proactively manage stakeholder expectations across different regions and time zones.
• Ensure compliance with process control activities to meet audit criteria and corporate standards.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 3 years+ of experience as business process analyst or in a application development, with focus on ERP systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OTC (order to cash) process; experience in supply chain, production, or finance is a plus
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, mentoring project managers, and driving project delivery excellence.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency and minimum conversational English proficiency required.
• SAP knowledge preferred with experience in utilizing it to optimize business process.
• Experience with solution integration involving EDI, forecasting, and other technologies
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize business processes using IT solutions particularly SAP.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, resource planning, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to scope projects, create detailed documentation (SOWs), and manage costs within approved budgets.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and ensure successful delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaborative attitude and leadership abilities to guide teams through change initiatives.
