Responsibilities

• グループの流動性、資金調達およびキャッシュマネジメント
• 為替および為替デリバティブの実行
• キャッシュフローの計画／予測、監視および管理。グループ在庫管理会議のPMO
• グループの財務リスク方針（管理および報告）
• いすゞとの強力な連携を通じたグループの銀行および損害保険会社との関係構築
• グループの損害保険の手配および保険請求サポート

Requirements

必須条件：

• 日本国内での財務およびトレジャリー（為替を含む）分野における10年以上の実績と経験
• グローバルなチーム環境でうまく働ける、積極的な顧客志向および品質志向
• ビジョンや戦略を構築し、それを実行するための強力なリーダーシップとコミュニケーションスキル
• 事実やデータの評価に基づいた見積もりを行うための優れた分析能力
• 自発的に行動する能力
• 高いレベルの誠実さと倫理観
