Responsibilities

• グローバル人事企画担当（課長クラス）として、中期経営計画における成長戦略の柱である新規事業創出を人の側面から支えるグローバル人事制度の企画（直近のJob型人事制度はじめ、人事制度の企画／導入／運用）
• をメインに多岐に渡る業務をお任せいたします。また将来的にはｐ－プるマネジメントも含め業務をお任せする予定です。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社での人事実務経験（5年以上）
• 人事業務（採用・育成・評価・処遇など）のご経験をお持ちの方
• ※駐在員管理・海外現地法人支援・海外報酬ベンチマーク等の知見をお持ちの方は歓迎します。
• グローバルチームにおける英語でのコミュニケーション（メール・会話・資料作成）が可能な方

• 海外駐在・長期海外出張のご経験をお持ちの方
