• 新規事業創出の事業計画と連動した人事戦略の立案
• グローバル採用（グローバルで活躍できる人材・外国籍社員の採用）
• 多国籍チームの組織開発
• グローバルチーム独自の人事制度の構築（報酬制度・評価制度・働き方）

Requirements

• 人事業務全般の経験（採用・育成・評価・処遇）
• 事業のニーズを人事のしくみに反映する企画力
• 自ら提案をまとめ、推進する実行力

• グローバル人事業務の経験（駐在員管理・海外現地法人支援・海外報酬ベンチマーク、等）
• 海外駐在・長期海外出張の経験
• グローバルチームにおける英語でのコミュニケーション（メール・会話・資料作成）
