Responsibilities

組織・職種・業務など、個人の特性に合わせたアサインを検討しています。リクルーター個人の採用出力だけでなく、部として、メンバーの強みを掛け合わせた組織力の最大化を目指しています。エンジニア組織や他リクルーターと協業しながら、チームとして難易度の高いエンジニア採用を推進いただける方を募集しています。
エンジニア中途採用活動における一連の業務

• エンジニア部門責任者との採用計画の調整及び達成までの採用戦略立案
• 各母集団形成（ダイレクト、エージェントなど）
• 候補者進捗対応
• 候補者との面談／面接
• リファラル採用の推進
• 採用イベントや勉強会の企画、運営
• 採用予算管理
• 面接官育成、面接体系化、フロー改善などその他の付随する業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 領域問わず採用経験5年以上
• 中途採用のご経験2年以上
• 採用戦略立案など上流から携わったご経験 ※エンジニア採用に関する経験は問いません。

• エンジニア採用のご経験
• グローバル採用の知見
