- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Drive local RGM strategy and priority initiatives in line with Zone guidelines, including KPIs and action plans
- Own overall revenue strategy and view of budget and spend across BUs/Brands and Accounts/Channels
- Conduct financial forecasting to provide long-term view and scenarios of revenue projections for business planning
- Embed RGM and orchestrate initiatives within cross-functional teams
- RGM Pricing / RGM Trade Term & Promo / RGM Mix management
- Lead and drive Market RGM
- Bring methodological support to cross-functional team & BUs
- Drive RGM opportunities identification for the Market in collaboration with cross-functional team
- Run and / or support other functions to run RGM analyses using RGM dashboards and fuel back learnings into business team
- Track local RGM performance in value tracker & realization of guidelines using RGM dashboards

Minimum requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken Japanese
- Advanced level English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
