Company overview

We are a major oil exploration and production company. We develop, produce, transport, and sell oil and natural gas resources in Japan and abroad. We have been engaged in the extraction of oil and gas fields in the areas of Hokkaido, Akita, Yamagata, and Niigata prefectures, and have converted from a public to a private sector company. We are also engaged in research and development of GTL fuel, methane hydrate, and oil sands, and possess some of Japan's leading pipeline transportation technologies. Furthermore, we are actively pursuing overseas expansion, acquiring interests in the Garraf oil field in Iraq and shale gas in Canada.

Responsibilities

• 海外プロジェクトの事業戦略、方針（中期計画）立案、予算立案・管理
• 新規海外プロジェクト発掘、評価（法務、財務、税務、経済性分析、リスク分析等）
• 海外子会社の管理、運営（LLC等会社設立、資金調達、ガバナンス等）

Requirements

必須要件

• 英語でのビジネス会話ができる方(目安：TOEIC 800点相当)
• 海外プロジェクトにおけるコマーシャル業務全般のご経験（契約交渉、経済性分析）または、
• 海外子会社の経営管理のご経験をお持ちの方
