Through the development of car-mounted systems, devices, and software that empathize with both "cars" and "people," we continuously create new value for car manufacturers' car-making processes and people's mobility experiences.

Responsibilities

• 市場、競合などの定性情報や経営数値などの定量的な情報から、経営課題の抽出と事業計画の策定および実行を、海外拠点と一体となって立案・推進頂きます
• 各部門（技術、品質管理、生産技術、管理などの部門）と連携し、海外拠点の経営改善を主導することを期待いたします
• 多くのステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを図り、現場で起きている課題を的確に把握し、外部環境の変化と照らし合わせて、対策を考えていくことも重要な役割です。

Requirements

必須条件：

• モノづくりの業界において製造/開発戦略に携わったご経験のある方
• 海外との業務上のコミュニケーションの経験（英語）
