Responsibilities

事業拡大に向けた、事業課題の発掘、解決のための計画と実行のリードをお任せします。事業本部内のライセンス営業・クリエイティブフランチャイズ・マーケティングの各機能を横断し、事業として目指す姿を計画し実行します。

• 事業企画：事業計画の策定・実行（予算計画、KPI Planning、収支管理　等のリード）
• 事業推進：課題解決、横断プロジェクトのマネジメント
• 事業管理：管理会計の策定/改善、管理プロセスの高度化

Requirements

必須条件：

• 以下いずれかのご経験
  • 事業会社での事業企画/事業管理/事業開発のいずれかのご経験
  • コンサルティング会社でのご経験（戦略系、またはプロジェクトマネジメント）
  • 新規事業開発（企画/立上げ/推進のいずれか）のご経験
• 英語力：ビジネスレベル
  • TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上、もしくはビジネスでの実務経験
