Responsibilities
Digital Channel Manager will be part of the Omnichannel Stakeholder Experience team, and she/he will be managing a team of Digital Channel Specialists who acts as a product owner of digital channels including Owned media platforms, Marketing Automation, Remote engagement tools, and Webinar platforms. Digital Channel Manager is responsible for improving the usability and functionality of existing company Digital Channels, and will lead innovations to introduce new digital channels to maximize impact of the company’s customer engagement activities.
Main responsibilities:
  • Team management
    • Manage a team of Digital Channel Specialists.
    • Provide direction to team members and support team on day to day activities.
    • Create a plan to develop team members for optimal team performance.
    • Project and budget management for team initiatives and activities.
  • Owned Media Platform Product owner
    • Lead the development and update of owned media platform “UCBCares” partnering with Business teams, IT teams, and external partners.
    • Gather business requirements from Business teams, and design specification of owned media platforms with the support of IT teams and external partners.
    • Communicate the detailed business requirements and specifications to Global IT counterparts to develop CMS.
    • Cater to small requests to update Owned Media Websites (hands-on).
  • Digital Channel Operations
    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on digital channel technologies including Owned Media, Marketing Automation (SFMC), Remote engagement tools, and Webinars.
    • Design and maintain a reporting scheme to measure Digital channel performance partnering with Data Excellence team and external partners.
  • Introduction of new Digital Channels
    • Develop a detailed plan to improve existing channels and introduce new channels aligned with the company’s Omnichannel Stakeholder Engagement roadmap.
    • Lead cross functional projects to introduce new Digital Channels.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • 5 years or more experience in Website or Application development.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, SFMC.
  • Project Management and Vendor Management experience for digital technology related projects.
  • Business level English (able to communicate with Global stakeholders both in writing and verbally).
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is not mandatory, however a big plus.
