Responsibilities

様々な社会情勢の変化に伴い，まだ世の中にない“高温下で機能する電波吸収材料”への期待が本格化しております。研究を加速する必要があり、同材料の設計検討、および試作・評価に向けた管理者を募集します。（取り扱い製品等：電波吸収特性を有したセラミック材料／部品）

業務内容：

• 電波吸収材料やセラミック材料の開発計画作成、材料設計、試作
• 電波吸収材料やセラミック材料の組織評価、強度評価
• 開発進捗等のマネージメント業務
• 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 電波吸収材料開発もしくはセラミック材料試作／評価のご経験（ミクロ組織観察、強度試験などの担当経験）※EMC対策、評価のご経験も可
• 未知の分野で開発を推し進めることができる人財

歓迎要件：

• セラミック材料の基礎知識
• 電波吸収材料の基礎知識
• 材料試験や材料力学の基礎知識
