Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Management
  • Monitor project QCD, give appropriate direction and coordinate with internal, external team as needed.
  • Manage documentation for delivery to the customer and archiving them.
  • Troubleshoot system level problems or customer concerns.
  • Perform structured design reviews both with customer and internally.
  • Supervise, train and conduct coaching to engineers and create strong team with excellent leadership.
  • Plan and conduct group resource management.
• Hardware & Electrical design
  • Manage conducting initial amplifier performance and functional feasibility check.
  • Manage creating and maintain audio amplifier specification document.
  • Manage arranging amplifier validation test items.
  • Manage conducting amplifier development.
  • Manage conducting plant, supplier, ESP, JDM and CM arrangement for prototype build and customer prototype parts delivery.
  • Manage conducting vehicle level operation check/review and manage issues.
  • Manage conducting detail amplifier measurement, evaluation as needed.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Required BS/BA in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years Electrical engineer and Project management experiences
• Experience working with international team
• Demonstrated technical writing/presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
• Ability and willingness to travel domestic and overseas
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to apply critical thinking
• Native Japanese skill required
• TOEIC 750 at least and should have fluent verbal and listening English conversation

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree desirable
• Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred
