Responsibilities

新艇開発における生産準備（レイアウト、設備仕様～設置、品質管理）、現生産艇の生産計画／管理、品質管理をお任せします。
詳細：国内外の製造委託先との

• 新艇開発の生産準備：レイアウト設計、生産設備／型仕様～設置、品質造込
• 現行生産艇の生産管理：生産計画／管理、品質管理
• 生産性向上：生産／品質改善

Requirements

必須条件：

• プレジャーボートに関する船体構造、艤装に関する基礎知識
• モノづくりに関する生産管理、品質管理の経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 2次元および3次元CADを使用
• 多くのステークホルダーを巻き込みプロジェクトを推進した経験
• 英語コミュニケーション力（TOEIC(R)600点以上相当）

歓迎条件：

• プレジャーボートの生産管理、品質管理の経験
• 小型船舶免許
