Responsibilities

支援対象の顧客では各拠点、各部署にてIT業務（サーバー運用／キッティング／ソフトウェア管理等）が属人化しています。ITサービス品質のばらつきを解消するべく、同社にて標準化企画を進めています。

• 各部署IT業務と標準化業務におけるGAP分析／改善
• 顧客のIT環境利活用促進に向けた顧客MGRクラスとのサービス内容検討／調整
• 標準化ITサービスの各事業部展開および運用設計・管理
• 業務にかかわるビジネスパートナーの進捗確認／業務調整

※上記IT業務（サーバー運用／キッティング／ソフトウェア管理等）の実作業は協力会社にて対応。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ITエンジニアとしての就業経験2年以上お持ちの方

歓迎条件：

• PC展開・運用管理経験　
• ActiveDirectoryの設計構築／運用経験
• サーバ、クラウドでのインフラ設計又は運用経験
• 英語力（会議会話レベル）※必須ではありません。
