Responsibilities

• Insurance領域のSAP商品SaaS化企画において、パッケージのアドオン開発チームまたはサービス開発における標準化チームのリーダ／サブリーダをを担当していただきます。
• お客様の変革を加速させるべく、当部では、基幹システムのモダナイズ可能なソリューションを日本市場に合わせた標準サービスとして提供し、オファリングのポートフォリオ変革に取り組んでいます。
• 特定商品のサービス化を始めとし、最終的には保険業界におけるデファクトスタンダードソリューションとなることを目指し、サービス化の範囲拡大を実現させます。

• 必須経験なし※業務の中で習熟、成長可能なため、前向きな意欲がある方を募集します。

歓迎条件:

• 英語力（ビジネス英会話レベル）
• SAP有識者（ABAP開発、BTP開発など）
• クラウド上でのアプリ開発経験
• 保険業務知識を保有
• オープン開発経験（Java、SQL）
