Responsibilities

• SAP S/4 HANA導入メンバーとして、日本を中心にグローバルメンバーと協業のもとプロジェクト参画
• SAPに関するERP主要モジュール（FI/CO/SD/MM/PP）およびBW, IBP の業務設計およびシステム構築（設計・導入・展開）
• ご自身の強みに基づいて、担当モジュールやプロジェクト推進などの立場で参画いただきます。
• 導入後は、社内SE・社内コンサルタントとして、ご自身のキャリアプランや志向を考慮しつつ、SAPを中心に活躍する領域を広げて頂くことになります。
• 例）海外拠点への導入参画・導入済み拠点における機能拡張（BI・AI等）・製造実行システム（MES）導入や基幹システム連携促進・保守運用 など

Requirements

必須条件：

• SAPに関わるシステム導入ないし保守運用 等のIT側経験10年程度（うち導入5年程度）
• 対業務ユーザでフロントに立って議論をリードできるファシリテーション・コミュニケーション能力
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• チームリードを含むメンバーマネジメント経験
• 業務における英語運用能力（流暢でなくとも可。単独で会話を含む対応が可能）
