Responsibilities

• 国内外のパートナーと連携し、海外富裕層の受け入れ、セールスプランを計画化し実行
• 顧客リレーション構築を図るためのサービス／プログラムの開発
• 新規クライアントの開拓ならびにパートナーシップ構築
• 海外富裕層対応チーム（組織）の設計とチームマネジメント
• 後進の人材育成
• 顧客管理ツールの運用と開発ディレクション

Requirements

必須要件

• 商材単価の高い業界で個人顧客向けにトータルサポートをしたご経験
• ※ホテルVIP対応、小売業界のラグジュアリーブランドで購買～アフターフォローまで対応、添乗員など
• PCスキル(Word、Excel、PPT)を用いた企画書作成能力

歓迎要件

• 5名以上のチームでのマネジメント経験（人材育成含む）
