Responsibilities

• 会計・税務・資金調達・CF管理など、財務・経理の総合的知見をフル活用し、新規プロジェクトの財務デューデリジェンスや全社的視点での企業価値向上策を立案・実行

Requirements

必須条件：

• 大卒以上
• 財務・経理業務経験者又は金融機関勤務者（3～10年程度）
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）：英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション、英文による契約書等の資料のレビュー・作成の経験を有するレベル

歓迎条件：

• 大企業での経理業務（会計・税務）
• 大企業での財務業務（資金調達、市場リスク管理等）
• 大企業での予算管理業務・財務戦略企画立案業務
• コンサルタントファームでの会計・税務やM＆Aなどのアドバイザリー業務
