Responsibilities

◆業務内容：
【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】
航空、宇宙、防衛、原子力、ガスタービンなどの過酷環境下で使用される製品を主な対象製品として、DfAM技術・構造最適化技術（ジェネレーティブデザイン、トポロジー最適化など）・高度な数値シミュレーション技術（汎用コード、インハウスコード）・大規模構造物試験技術を適用して、製品の新構造創出および構造設計技術高度化（解析の高速化、標準化、システム化など）に関する開発をチームで取り組みます。
また、構造解析、構造試験、強度評価技術を用いて、カーボンニュートラル向け発電設備・機器をはじめとする持続可能な社会、安全安心な社会の構築に貢献する多種多様な製品開発に携わり、自ら研究・開発を発案、実行し、製品の運用まで携わっていくことができます。
さらに、業務を通じて、構造・強度設計技術、構造試験技術に関するスキルアップや、他の技術分野のメンバーとともにチームを組んでプロジェクトを推進することで、専門分野以外の知識や技術を身につけていくことも可能です。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 機械・土木・建築・航空・原子力・船舶系の学問を専攻された方
• 材料力学に関する基礎知識を有する方
• 機械製品の設計、構造コンセプトの立案の経験がある方

■歓迎条件：

• 有限要素法（汎用コード）を用いた構造解析、熱伝導解析、熱応力解析の経験がある方が望ましい
• 大規模構造物試験の計画、実行の経験がある方が望ましい
