Responsibilities

業務内容：

• ソフトウェア開発戦略
  • アジアを中心とした現地ニーズの調査・ヒアリング
  • システム開発の全体戦略の策定と実行
  • 技術選定とアーキテクチャ設計の主導
  • 開発プロセスの標準化と効率化の推進
• パートナー戦略
  • パートナー企業の選定と契約交渉
  • パートナーシップの構築と維持
  • 協業によるシナジー効果の最大化
• 開発体制の整備
  • プロジェクトチームの編成とリソース管理（社内・社外）
  • 短期/中長期の必要な開発リソースの計画

Requirements

必須要件：

• 以下いずれの経験
  • システム開発プロジェクトにおける上流工程の経験（5年以上）
  • プロジェクトマネジメント経験（PMP資格があれば尚可）
  • ビジネスアナリシスおよび要件定義の経験
  • システムアーキテクチャ設計の知識と経験

歓迎要件：

• 国内外の建設現場および建設DXへの興味
• TOEIC700点以上且つビジネスレベルの英語力
• CBAPやPMI-PBAなどの資格
• 情報システム、コンピュータサイエンス、ビジネスアナリシス、または関連分野の学士号以上
