Responsibilities

• 中核商材は不動産売買の仲介業務。機関投資家、ファンド、デベロッパーなどいわゆるプロ向けの不動産仲介業務、または全国各地にある同社の各支店顧客間の不動産仲介業務
• 米国を中心とした海外不動産の紹介業務
• 不動産投資案件の獲得
• ファンド組成アレンジ、流動化などのCREの提案
• 海外投資家（欧州、米国、アジア）の獲得

Requirements

必須条件：

• 金融機関もしくは不動産関連会社（デベロッパー、仲介会社）での営業経験
• 不動産に興味があること（仲介実務経験は不問）
• Excel、PPTの操作スキル（ExcelでのCFシミュレーション作成、PPTでのプレゼン資料の作成ができるレベル）

歓迎条件：

• 宅地建物取引士試験合格（登録有無は不問）
• 不動産証券化マスター合格
• TOEIC(R)テスト720点以上
