Responsibilities

輸出グループのスペシャリストとして、体外診断薬の輸出、及び原材料、資材の輸出全般を担当していただきます。品質システム、会計、貿易に関するコンプライアンス要件を理解し、業務コンプライアンスを確保するための適切な対応を行います。各部門の役割を理解し、円滑な業務執行を行えるよう支援する。上司の指示に従い、その他の職務を遂行する。
業務内容：

• 輸出書類の作成
• 倉庫への作業指示
• フレイトフォワーダーと集荷・通関の手配と日程調整
• 検査会社と輸出前検査の依頼と日程調整
• グローバルカスタマーサービスチームとのコレポン
• 親会社の輸出ポリシーの実施と遵守
• マスタデータ (統計品目コード、関税、原産地など) の管理と更新
• 政府機関およびサービスプロバイダーとのコンプライアンス関係の管理

Requirements

必須要件：

• グローバルなビジネス環境での最低3〜5年の貿易経験。
• SAP 使用経験とExcel(関数・データ表作成) /Word(文書作成)/PowerPoint(プレゼン資料作成)スキル。
• グローバルチームと英語でのコミュニケーションをとる能力。
• 臨機応変に対応するスキルや高いコミュニケーション能力が必須。
• 実務全般に至るまでの複雑な業務を同時進行でこなす判断力や、法律をもとに総合的に考える力。

歓迎要件：

• 医療機器・診断薬業界における貿易の経験があれば尚可。
