Company overview

We provide consulting and seminar planning and management related to human resource development. Through our online platform, we offer a variety of experiences and learning opportunities by people with specialized knowledge and skills. Users can select and book experiences that match their interests and needs. The platform matches users with providers, enabling experiences in a wide range of fields, including education, hobbies, sports, and the arts. We provide a place for individuals with specific skills and knowledge to work in their area of expertise and share it with others.

Responsibilities

• グローバルオペレーションの構築
  • 海外に拠点を持つコールマン社、海外拠点と連携しながら、24時間シームレスにマッチングを可能とするオペレーションの構築を目指します。
• 業績のモニタリング／分析
  • 事業の計数管理、モニタリング体制の構築、予実管理、データ集計・分析
• 課題の特定とプロジェクト推進
  • 日本共同代表と一緒に事業の重点テーマの検討担当者として、課題の特定～プロジェクト推進まで担当いただきます。
  • 想定しているプロジェクトとしては、海外拠点の立ち上げ、競合調査、プライシング改定、キャンペーン施策の立案、新規商材の開発企画等。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 上記に加え以下のいずれか1つ当てはまる方（必ずしも以下ご経験がなかった場合でも海外に関連する
  • 仕事に携わったご経験がございましたら幅広くご応募をお待ちしております。）
  • 事業会社にて経営企画／事業企画のご経験（2年以上）
  • コンサルティングファームにてクライアント企業の事業企画／経営企画に関するプロジェクトを担当したご経験（2年以上）
  • プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験（例：課題設定、要件定義、関係者間の利害調整、進捗管理）（2年以上）
