Responsibilities

■業務概要：

当チームのファンクショナルアナリスト（FA）は、インターネットでのお客さま、マーケティングおよびリーズを管理するユーザーグループが利用するシステムのデリバリーを担当します。
ビジネスユーザーとITチーム（開発者、テスターなど）の間を橋渡しするコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、担当する各種システムのアプリケーション開発、保守サポートをリードします。
Web／Javaベースの技術知識とアプリケーション開発経験を持ち、プロダクトオーナー、開発チーム、スクラムマスターと協業し、アジャイル開発におけるスクラム適用の効果を高める人材を求めています。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 生命保険もしくは金融業務に関する業務アプリケーション設計、開発、運用保守経験
• J2EEアーキテクチャー／フレームワークに対する知識およびシステム設計開発業務での利用経験
• 日本語でビジネス要求をヒアリングし、ユーザーストーリーを作成、アプリケーションデザイン設計書を作成、レビュー、テストする能力と経験

■歓迎条件：

• 英語でのコミュニケーション（会議、メールなど）
• オフショアとの協業経験
