Responsibilities

•  実験関連のメタデータと実験機器等から出力されるデータの収集、統合、保管の自動化パイプライン構築
•  目的データを収集するための関連システムの設計・設定、API開発
•  関連システム利用者（研究者）のトレーニング

Requirements

必須

• データマネジメントシステムにおけるETL/ELTパイプラインの構築・運用
• パブリッククラウドに関する知識、経験（特にAWS）

望ましい

• ドメイン駆動設計に関する知識、経験
• API設計、実装
• ライフサイエンスの研究分野におけるデータマネジメント経験
