Responsibilities

• クラウド上に構築されたGitHub、JIRA、Confluence、Docker、Artifactoryなどの　ツールチェーンを活用したソフトウェア開発手法の導入、開発プロセス改善
• 上記をCI／CDのコアとし、各システムで個別に必要とするツール群（UI開発やMBD開発）へのカスタマイズと運用後のCI／CD環境の継続的改善・進化及びツール群や環境、利用者との契約管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 多くのステークホルダーを巻き込み推進した経験
• 英語によるコミュニケーション能力（北米拠点との共通基盤構築、ベンダや協業メーカとの契約、タスク管理）
• 上記に加えて、下記に関するご経験や専門性のいずれかを有している方
  • Jira、Confluence等の開発ツールを駆使しクラウド上で　開発環境を構築した実務経験（企画～構築～運用）
  • ソフトウェア開発全般の深い業務知識

歓迎条件：

• CI／CDシステム（ビルド、テスト自動化、Jenkins）を用いた開発への知識
• サーバー全般やインフラ（AWS、GCP、Varnish、Fastly）への知識
• 品質全般（パフォーマンス、アクセシビリティ、セキュリティ、SEO）への知識
• SketchやFigmaなどデザインツールやUI系ツール（Figma、ProtoPie）の知見
• SysML、MBDなど上流工程の開発ツールや制御モデルの知見
