Responsibilities

• 業務の対象範囲は、営業、生産、物流、とサプライチェーンの広い範囲にわたり、地域も日本・北米を中心に欧州、中国、アジア、南米、アフリカと世界中が対象になります。
• 業務経験、キャリアを最大限に活かして、活躍いただける使命を担っていただきます。

Requirements

• 最低3年以上、他社での勤務経験がある方
• 英語で海外事業体と直接コミュニケーションを取れる方（TOEIC(R)テスト730点以上）
• 100年に一度の変革期（電気自動車、自動運転など）に、改革・改善を推進していくチャレンジマインドを持っている方
• 従来の既成概念にとらわれず、お客様起点で新しいプロセスを発想できる方
• 自分以外の「だれか」のために、共に働く仲間とのチームワークを重んじ汗を流してくれる方

歓迎条件:

• PJTマネジメント、スクラム開発におけるプロダクトオーナーの経験
• 需給・サプライチェーンマネジメント、生産管理の実務経験
