Responsibilities

【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

• 現在当事業の主力ビジネスである火力発電所の制御装置の維持から、バイオマスや脱炭素等の電力発電事業への電気機器・制御装置のサービス・ソリューションまでをご担当頂く、新規開拓営業をお任せいたします。

Requirements

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 同業界での営業経験をお持ちの方  
• 変化のスピードに対する柔軟性、塗装の世界で働く積極性。
• 戦略策定能力があるとともに、顧客のキーマンに比較的短期間で関係をつける積極性と柔軟性があること。
• 部下、関連部署に信頼される人間性とリーダーシップを有すること。

• マーケティングとセールスの知識
• B2B ソリューションの販売経験
