■業務概要
新車種ドアトリムの射出成形工程における生産準備業務を計画から実行まで一貫して行います。合わせて、将来の競争力確保に向けデジタルを活用した解析、品質・生産管理手法の開発なども推進いただきます。

■業務詳細
＜生産準備業務＞

• 製品設計に対し生産性や品質向上の要件を製品図面に織り込む
• 金型、治具の構想を検討、仕様書に落とし込み発注手配
• 不具合改修指示や生産目標の達成状況を確認の上生産現場に引き渡し

＜工程計画・開発業務＞

• 設備の構想･レイアウトを検討、設備を手配製作、生産現場へ設置、能力･機能などの生産性を確認
• CAEやDXを活用した業務効率化や品質管理の方法の開発
• ロボットやAI活用による自動化や生産管理のデジタル開発

Requirements

～第二新卒OK～

■必須条件：以下いずれも満たす方

• 射出成形の基礎知識
• 普通自動車免許

■歓迎条件：

• CADの実務利用経験（Auto-CAD／CATIA）
• PLC制御の知見
• IoTやAIの知識
