Responsibilities

• トップマネジメントや関係部署と協調しながらマルチカテゴリ事業部の特色を活かした成長戦略策定と実行支援を行います。
• また、世界のスタートアップ動向調査や市場トレンド分析を行い、新技術とメガトレンドを繋ぎ新規ビジネスを描き出す事業開発業務を行います。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 未経験でもチャレンジする意欲を持ち、様々な組織や立場の人とコミュニケーションをとることに苦手意識が無いこと
• TOEIC(R)テスト650点

歓迎条件：

• 事業開発、経営戦略、事業企画、知財関連業務、などの事業運営業務に関する実務経験5年以上
• TOEIC(R)テスト800点
