Responsibilities

• 半導体事業の経営戦略に関する以下業務をお任せします。
• 主に案件のプロジェクトマネジメントオフィサーとして、トップマネジメント、ビジネスユニットおよび製造事業所のメンバー、法務・知財・財務等専門メンバー等と連携し案件を推進する中心的な役割となります。
• M&A、JV設立、アライアンス、新規事業開発、その他経営戦略に関わるプロジェクトマネジメント等

Requirements

• 事業会社、コンサルティング会社、金融機関等にてアライアンス・M&Aの実行または支援業務の経験
• TOEIC(R)テスト750点以上※メール・会話の業務経験があることが望ましい

歓迎条件:

• 半導体ビジネスにおける実務経験または半導体業界に関する知見
• 海外MBA取得、中小企業診断士資格
