- Responsibilities

Main responsibilitites:
- Drive sustainable revenue growth with commercialized Automotive Vent products in Japan by creating a healthy opportunity funnel on assigned territory.
- Develop & expand long-term customer’s relationships with OEM and tiers in the market to secure the existing projects and win new projects.
- Build excellent connection/engagement with multiple functions’ decision makers at Customer’s organization.
- Keep exploring the new applications and customers’ new unmet needs with market trend evolving. "Consultative selling" with technically oriented customers.
- Leverage VOC (voice of customer) and own insight to create the 3~5 year’s vision of territory revenue growth plan with commitment to achieve.
- Partner with Regional Product Specialist and Application Engineer to provide solution package to customer.
- Implement function excellence in SF (sales force) management, TSP (territory sales plan) and P&D (performance & development).
- Collaborate proactively with other associates cross the globe to share the project/customer info to win oversea projects.
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- University graduate with Engineering background.
- More than 5 yrs technical sales experience in automotive industrial market.
- Strong & proven sales track record with value selling background.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skill in Japanese and English.
- Good at exploring the networking within an organization.
- Strong learning ability and open mind for new challenge.
- Ownership sense of developing territory in country level.
- General understanding of sales, marketing and marketing communications
- 50% business travel including trips to overseas
- Successful history of teamwork
- Successful experience in developing new customers and opportunities
Preferred qualifications:- Familiar with Automotive OEM & tier.
- Familiar with selling and technical aspects of vents or automotive component.
- Marketing exploration experience (e.g., business development).
