We are a provider of cloud-based business chat services primarily targeting small and medium-sized businesses. In our growth to date, we have focused on helping to improve the efficiency of business processes and facilitate communication. In 2024, we will change our company name and strengthen our business development under a new brand image with the aim of further growth.

Responsibilities

• 事業運営全般、課題抽出／企画／実行
• KGI／KPI設計、モニタリング
• 中期経営計画、年度予算の策定
• 月次KPI・損益の着地見込作成、実績精査・予実差異分析、経営層向け月次損益報告資料の作成、説明
• 事業で発生する特命案件の推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社における事業企画業務もしくは経営企画業務の経験　またはコンサルティングファーム等で同程度の実務経験　3年以上
• 数字に対する高い感度と、そこから意味合いを抽出し示唆を提供できる方

歓迎条件：

• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• チームマネジメントの経験
• 営業等、お客様に向き合った経験（社内への提案力の観点から）
• IT業界・ベンチャー企業での業務経企業での業務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
