Responsibilities

• 法人向けグローバル系サービス（ネットワーク、クラウド、セキュリティ）に関わる窓口業務および技術支援
• 海外キャリアと連携したエスカレーション対応
• エンジニアのスキル計画の策定・教育の対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語での電話やメールによる円滑なコミュニケーションが可能なこと
• 上記に加え、以下要件のいずれかのスキルをお持ちの方
• ネットワーク／セキュリティ案件の設計・構築・運用・保守の実務経験（2年以上）
• グローバル系プロジェクトのPM／PLおよびサービスマネージャーの実務経験（3年以上）

歓迎条件：

• ネットワーク系、セキュリティ系の資格保有者
• TOEIC（R)700点以上
