Responsibilities

• 証券会社のIT部門、ユーザ部門と相対し、プロジェクト推進を行います。
• プロジェクトマネージャ・プロジェクトリーダとして、プロジェクトの計画作成に重点を置き、お客様との仕様調整、スケジュール調整・管理、社員・パートナー会社を含めた要員の管理等、プロジェクトの推進役として働いていただきます。
• 複数チームがある為、適正によって配属を検討します。
• 特定のお客様のパートナーとして、中長期的に価値を提供していくという働き方です。

Requirements

• ITエンジニアとしての業務経験を3年以上お持ちの方
• 各ステークホルダー(お客様を含め)と円滑なコミュニケーションを行う事のできる会話力と積極性をお持ちの方

歓迎条件:

• オープン系のシステム開発経験（特にJava、COBOL、.net）
• 英語（TOEIC650点以上）
