Responsibilities

業務内容：

• ブティックの販売プランの作成と実行。
• ブティックマネージャーならびに担当スーパーバイザー、本部スタッフと協力し、百貨店や業者にブティックの要望を伝え交渉する。
• ブティックマネージャーならびにスーパーバイザー、本部スタッフと協力し催事、イベントを企画実行する。
• ブティックの商品動向の把握。
• 顧客管理（新規顧客開拓と既存顧客維持）。
• 在庫管理、金銭管理（入出金管理・レジ照合）。
• 盗難・事故クレームの防止と対応。
• 経費管理、計数管理
• ファッションアドバイザーの管理と評価、育成。

Requirements

必須要件：

• アパレルでのマネジメントの経験者
• スタッフマネジメント
• リーダシップがあり、率先垂範出来る人
• 明るく、精神的にタフな人
• 責任感のある人

歓迎要件：

• 語学(英語)
