Responsibilities

• 素材開発におけるシミュレーション、機械学習、実験自動化技術およびそれらの技術を組み合わせたマテリアルズ・インフォマティクス(MI)技術を開発する。また、開発技術の社内への横展開も進める。
• シミュレーションやMIの技術トレンドをいち早くチェックし、社内に取り入れる。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 有機化学や材料の知識と化学シミュレーションやデータサイエンスの知識をお持ちの方

歓迎条件：

• 以下いずれかに該当される方（必須条件ではありません）
  • 化学メーカーやコンサルティング等でデジタル技術を活用した材料開発のご経験のある方
  • 化学商品の生産プロセスの構築や生産技術開発などにおいてデジタル化を活用したご経験のある方
