Responsibilities

• まずは現在立ち上がっているプロジェクトへ参画していただきます。
• その後、新規企画等の立案も行っていただきます。
• 【現在計画中のプロジェクト】
• 顧客別受注設計業務の業務改革／DX推進プロジェクト（受注設計業務において設計工数の削減、IT技術の活用による業務効率改善を行う）
• 基幹システム刷新プロジェクト（全体最適の提案・計画・業務部門での伴走対応）

Requirements

必須経験：

• BtoB事業において下記いずれかの経験
• 装置設計の経験（機械設計、電気設計、生産技術）
• 上流・下流工程を問わず、IT開発業務の経験
• IT／DXプロジェクトのサブリーダー・担当者の経験
• IT側面、業務側面、どちらかの経験があればOK
