Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 当社グループのGen-AI技術導入・応用における中核リーダーとして課題創出、分析、解決のリード。
• Gen-AI技術を応用したビジネスケースの企画、計画立案・活用。
• Gen-AI技術を応用することによる、データ活用の業務スコープの拡大。
• Gen-AI技術の活用による課題解決のけん引。
• Vendor企業との提携、協業。
• 「advocate」として社内への生成AIの浸透を推進する役割。

Requirements

必須要件：

• データサイエンティストおよびプログラミングのスキル：課題理解、データ分析・解析、結果の解釈、ステークホルダーにわかりやすく説明するコミュニケーション能力
• AI/ML, Gen-AI応用に関するビジネス経験（業務課題をAIで解くアプローチを実行した経験がある）
• グループマネジメントの経験およびスキル
• データマネジメントの経験
