Responsibilities

• 車載インバータ用パワーモジュールの量産品質保証業務
• 品質管理 / ライン管理業務
• プロセス検証や設備認定等のライン付随業務
• 製品分解 / 解析 / 検証業務(返却品調査 / 工程内不良解析等）
• 社内外向け各種レポート作成/報告
• 対顧客/サプライヤのフロント対応業務

Requirements

• 管理職業務経験のある方
• 電気・電子・機械工学の基礎知識
• TOEIC 650点程度の英語力(読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベル)
• 新たな技術への知的好奇心が高く、学習意欲、成長意欲の高い方
• コミュニケーション能力、情熱・向上心、主体的に活動できる方

• 品質保証業務経験のある方
• 海外対応能力のある方（駐在経験やTOEICスコア700点以上目安）
• IATF16949規格有識者
