Responsibilities

既存海外事業投資の内ヘリコプターリース事業(SMFLH)を日本で管理する中核メンバーとして、以下の事業企画業務・経営管理業務を担当頂きます。

中期事業計画の策定、年度業績見通し、実績の管理

海外事業会社が作成する決算（国際会計基準）の精査

国際会計基準、日本会計基準に基づく連結決算業務

法人税申告業務（本邦税法）

M&A、新規投資等における会計税務面での戦略的プランニング業務

• 海外にて取り組むヘリコプターリース共同事業のパートナーLCI社と連携し、SMFLHに関する事業計画の策定（中期、年度）/経営管理業務全般（予算、決算等管理、各種専門分野の課題解決）
• 法人税申告、移転価格税制対応等の税務全般業務（コーポレートの経理部門と連携）
• M&A/新規投資等の会計税務（デューデリジェンス/プランニング/PMI実務等）
• 個別リース案件のストラクチャリング（LCI社と連携）　等

Requirements

必須条件：下記いずれかのご経験

• 海外ビジネスへの高い関心、会計税務経験をビジネスに活かす意欲のある方
• 海外駐在にて、会計税務面含めたコーポレート業務の実務経験のある方
• 予算、決算、連結決算、業績分析、会計、税務業務に関する実務経験がある方
• 公認会計士やタックスアドバイザー等と議論を可能とする業務経験がある方
• ビジネス英語力
