Company overview

We were founded with the goal of commercializing simulation technology originating in Japan and expanding it worldwide. We contribute to high value-added manufacturing in the manufacturing industry through visualization and computer graphics technology, centered on our proprietary fluid analysis software and powder analysis software. Our simulation technology, which is used in a wide range of fields including automobiles, machinery, chemicals, food, medicine, and disaster prevention, is highly regarded both domestically and internationally. Using our innovative physics simulation technology "particle method" and massively parallel processing technology, we are creating new value in two fields: engineering simulation and visualization. Our fluid analysis software is strong in simulating liquid behavior with large deformations, and our powder analysis software provides high-precision analysis using the discrete element method. In addition, we provide technology to visualize analysis results into high-quality CG movies and consulting services by professional engineers.

Responsibilities

■業務内容
大手企業の製品製造装置や、自動車などの製品の設計・開発部門向けにプリセールス業務、受託解析業務、コンサルティング業務および若手アプリケーションエンジニアの育成をお任せします。

■業務詳細

• 製品の背景技術、インストール、実行を含む顧客や代理店からの技術的問合せに対して、迅速に調査、回答を行う。
• 顧客との打合せにおいて、顧客の技術課題を理解し、解決方法を提案する。
• 顧客に受託解析・ベンチマーク解析を提案し解析を行う。提案書や結果報告書を作成し、顧客へプレゼンテーションを行う。
• 製品セミナーや各種カンファレンスにおいてプレゼンテーションを行う。
• 製品の活用シーンを拡大する観点で解析や実験等の技術調査を行い、社内報告書にまとめる。
• 製品開発部に対して、顧客ニーズと技術調査に基づいた製品の改善提案を行う。
• 営業、マーケティングのための技術資料を作成する。
• プリセールスエンジニアの業務について、工数を正確に予測し、適切な内容をメンバーに割り振る。
• プリセールスエンジニアの業務内容を審査し、指導、育成を行う。
• プリセールスエンジニアの業務プロセスについて改善提案を行う。

Requirements

■必須条件

• 製造業の研究開発／設計／生産技術／製造部門での5年以上、または同等の実務経験
• プロジェクト型業務のリード経験
• CFDを用いた研究／実務経験
• C++、Python、Javascriptなどのプログラミング実務経験
• 各種カンファレンスでのプレゼンテーション経験
• 流体力学の知識
• 新しい技術への興味、探求心
• 口頭および文章による優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• 顧客や同僚社員の考えや思いを理解する姿勢
• 自ら考え、率先して行動し、周囲を動かすリーダーシップ
