For beginners, the app provides basic knowledge of investment in manga form, and is designed to be easy to use. Unusually for the financial industry, we conduct system development and operation in-house, providing services quickly and at low cost through technological innovation utilizing AI and IoT.
- Responsibilities

Be part of the team to build up a new organization and environment within a well establish & stable Financial Group. Develop skills in making business plans from a high perspective, through the high-level coordination with departments and affiliated companies within Group to support the top management’s decision.Gain experience in a company that aiming to be the pioneer in the market to provide a brand new Mobile Securities services, which never had before during the era of Financial reformation.Able to utilize the well established Group services and user base. Main responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Engineers responsible for the timely and high quality delivery of a product or project
- Leads the team in daily tasks, prioritizing tasks and making decisions based on changing business priorities
- Structures and facilitates team workflow and development and operational processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and reflect them in the team’s technical requirements
- Conduct 1-on-1s and performance evaluations with team members, takes responsibility for team output, and facilitates team evolution and member growth
- Plans future resource requirements and conducts recruiting activities

Minimum requirements:
- Professional experience in a technical management or leadership role
- Have a technical mindset and understand complex systems design
- Be solutions oriented
- Positive thinking and ability to maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Business level in either English or Japanese
